- Product must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
- E-liquid must be in original and sealed packaging. (Used or open products will not be accepted).
- “Vape Products” must be returned in original packaging and free from damage.
- You can either exchange the product or receive a credit to your account. (Credit will be issued at the current sales price of the product being returned)
- All returns are subject to inspection by our quality assurance team to verify the condition of the products.
- Customer is responsible for Shipping and Handling fees.
- Any clearance sales or products purchased from our sales page are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- After 30 days, products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Proof of purchase from Vape Genie required.
Exchanges: (Manufacturer defect or damage)
We must be notified of any product that is defective or damaged within 48 hours of delivery.
Vape Genie will replace these products once the original items have been returned.
